About me

I am a fully qualified counsellor, having qualified at Warwick University in 2005; I hold a Diploma in Person-Centred (Rogerian) Counselling & Psychotherapy.

I am an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy which is the professional organisation for counsellors and therapists. You can find out more about them at www.bacp.co.uk


With over 5,500 hours of client work experience my professional counselling career includes working with NHS referrals, EAP work (workplace counselling), working with young people (16 upwards) and a thriving private practice." I have an NHS-approved specialist qualification in working with depression.
